Tony Harrison

Very excited that Tony Harrison has agreed to launch our Festival Programme this year.  He will be appearing on Satuday 2nd June at 8pm at The Feathers Hotel in Ledbury.  He has had a very successful and varied career writing poetry but also writing for the stage and screen.  One fact I didn't know about him.  He was sent to Iraq and Bosnia by The Guardian and wrote some war poetry there -this appeared alongside news articles in the paper.  Tickets are available now - ring the box office on 0845 458 1743.
